If you’re looking to request a specific service at Hydrate IV Bar, you’ve come to the right place!

Please note that we are not a medical clinic + do not treat, diagnose, or cure any ailments. We require that all special requests outside of our protocols/parameters be cleared by your medical provider first, + in turn we receive a letter or note stating that they are okay with you receiving it.

Once our Nurse Director or Manager receives all needed information, they will then submit it to our Medical Director for clearance. Please also note that just because all information is provded, this does not mean the service(s) will be cleared.

Hydrate IV Bar requires all clients to fill out the client paperwork and this information needs to be updated within the last year. Clients should allow a 48-hour turnaround time, especially if submitted on the weekend.
