Our Denver Highlands Hydrate IV Bar is a popular choice among our members across the city! This spa is cradled in the upstairs of an adorable, antique home on 32nd Avenue in the historic Highlands Square. Our cozy Denver Hydration Bar has five comfortable leather reclining chairs circled around a flat-screen TV, but outside is where the real magic happens. Hydrate IV Bar Highlands has a patio with lounge chairs, beautiful flowers and a shady spot for you to get an IV with a side of fresh air.

Staff was friendly and funny, space was clean and calming, and Bob Ross was on the tv. All in all, a quick and easy experience and worth it to feel so refreshed afterwards. I’d suggest the immunity IV to anyone who is worried about getting sick.

I felt so cared for at Hydrate ! It was a comfortable experience from start to finish. The front desk attendant was very knowledgeable about all of the drips and additives which made it easy to select the right one for me. KP and Kelsey are both great nurses to have as well ! 🙂

This is my GO TO spot for recovery, hydration and wellness. The ladies that work here are always the nicest and just great company. As someone who hates needles but also doesn't drink enough water and therefore is often dehydrated, these ladies know how to hook me up and make me feel at ease.The location is also so cute and relaxing. It's like a spa get away that you leave feeling refreshed and ready to conquer the day. They also sell delicious beverages and beautiful hand made Malas.If you are in the mile high city and feeling the effects of the elevation or got buck wild at red rocks, come here to get fixed up!I would recommend the Myers Cocktail that has all the vitamins and nutrients to make you feel brand new.Super bonus: women owned business with women staff. Always down to support women owned businesses.

Shelly and Kim provided A++ service. A friend and I were running close to your closing time. Not only did they accept us anyway without hesitation, they treated us as if we had a pre scheduled appt. Being my first time trying IV, the experience, comfort, cleanliness, great conversation, and results 🙂 will certainly bring me back. After a few days of drinking — I feel GREAT! Brittani and Jenna are really amazing. Like whoa. Have you ever experienced being truly taken care of? Like someone who would lay their life down for yours? Yeah that is them. I once heard they delivered a baby at hydrate during an emergency. I don’t know if it’s true or not, but I heard it and I choose to believe it. I come here all the time because of the amazing service, the community, and awesome bags.My chakra is now aligned. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and guided us through the entire process, making us feel at ease. The nurse who administered the IV was both professional and friendly. The environment was spotless and hygienic, yet still very relaxing. The whole procedure took less than an hour. I was looking for something to help with inflammation from weight training and Jiu Jitsu, and it worked wonders, providing relief from the pains I'd been experiencing. I'll definitely return and highly recommend it!
