Health and wellness have always been important to Jessica. Through her love of helping people, specifically children, she has spent most of her career as a Pediatric ICU and Cardiac ICU Nurse. After more than 15 years working in hospitals as a Registered Nurse, Jessica found Hydrate IV Bar. Through fellow nurses, she was introduced to the business; first as a client and later as an employee. While helping clients focus on their health and wellness through vitamin IVs and injections, Jessica found her true passion – promoting wellness from within as a Franchise Owner.

I can’t recommend Hydrate IV enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. The atmosphere is clean, calming, and perfect for relaxation. I opted for one of their hydration blends, and within minutes of the infusion starting, I felt more energized and refreshed than I have in weeks.

First timer to the IV hydration experience, and so glad I chose this lovely location in the heart of Castle Rock. From the front desk to the nurse, everything is explained completely. They can assist in pointing out benefits for a client’s particular needs. Very professional and hospitable. Also - soothing music, blankets, beverages and nature videos! (Ask them about any discounts they have going.)
Jenna and Gwen were phenomenal! My wife and I came in on an extreme hangover and they made us feel so comfortable. Offered drinks mints and candy. The intake process was seamless and they even Recommended local brunch spots! Highly recommended Hydrate for the B12 injection & Myers Cocktail IV

I went in to get a B12 shot and left with a lot more information about the benefits and what else I might be interested in doing next time I go in! Really happy they opened in Castle Rock. Great people who actually care about your well being! Highly recommend going in even if it’s just to ask about their services, and my first B12 shot was free!
Staff is great, love the way I feel after the Myers Cocktail and B12 shot. As a mom of 2 and business owner, it is incredibly helpful to be able to have this as an option to help me stay healthy.

I’ve been getting IV’s done for several years now and I was highly impressed with this place, so much so that I signed up for a membership on the spot. The nurse, Alex, did a great job placing the IV, I barely felt it. The owner, Jess, was so friendly! I would highly recommend checking them out!
